Termsof Service

These terms govern your use of prodantix.com and the Prodantix service at app.prodantix.com. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and License.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each workspace has an owner; workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite.

Acceptable use

Do not use Prodantix to process data unlawfully, to violate others' rights, or to send messaging that breaches anti-spam law. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent rate limits.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you send to the service. You grant us a minimal license to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train models.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Annual plans carry a 14-day refund window from purchase
• Monthly plans are non-refundable
• We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to your account email

Termination

You may cancel any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that, we delete it permanently.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
