License

Prodantix is proprietary, commercial software operated by Bomdisoft ("we", "us"). It is licensed, not sold. Your use of prodantix.com and the Prodantix service at app.prodantix.com is governed by these terms together with our Terms of Service.

Your license to use Prodantix

Subject to an active plan and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices

Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all software, designs, and trademarks. You retain all rights to the data you send to the service. We never sell your data or use it to train models.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Open-source components

Prodantix is built on open-source software, each governed by its own license. Those licenses are preserved and apply to their respective components only; they do not grant any rights to the Prodantix service as a whole.
