This policy explains how Prodantix ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use prodantix.com and the Prodantix service at app.prodantix.com.
Information we collect
On prodantix.com
- Browser type, IP address, and device info (via our error tracker)
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider
- Anonymous analytics on page views and CTA interactions
On the Prodantix service
- Account details (email, display name) you provide on signup
- Billing information handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see your card
Data you ingest as a customer
When you send events and user data through the Prodantix engine, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. We process it only to provide the service to you, under your instructions and our Data Processing Addendum. We never sell it or use it to train models.
How we use it
- To operate the service and compute live user state
- To authenticate you and prevent abuse
- To bill for paid plans
- To respond to support requests

- Stripe — payments
- Sentry — error tracking
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time. Email privacy@prodantix.com and we respond within 30 days.
