Prodantix treats EU and UK residents under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. This page summarizes the lawful bases we rely on and the rights you have.

Controller and processor

Bomdisoft is the controller for data we collect about you directly on prodantix.com and for your account. For the end-user data you ingest through the engine, you are the controller and we are your processor. Contact the data protection team at privacy@prodantix.com.

Lawful bases

• Contract — to provide the Prodantix service to customers
• Legitimate interest — error tracking, abuse prevention, anonymous product analytics
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax and accounting laws
• Consent — for optional marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time

Your rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability: export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

International transfers

Where data crosses borders (for example to a US-based subprocessor), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
