AI
The AI add-on lets you use Ask, draft and translate replies, and have the messenger assistant answer visitors. Available on every plan, and off until you turn it on.
- Billed by the token: the price of the model you choose, plus 20%.
- Added to your monthly bill, with nothing to pay while it is off.
- Monthly limits for the company and for each person, with warnings before they are reached.
- On Enterprise, use your own AI account instead, for $12 per seat a month.
Who counts as a seat
Only members who use AI in a month count as a seat for that month. Members who don't use AI that month cost nothing.
Every plan also includes built-in AI. It holds spam back and hands visitors to your team when the assistant can't help. It never writes, and it is never billed.
Built-in AI or the add-on?
Built-in AI makes quick calls, like spotting spam, and is part of every plan. The add-on writes: it answers visitors, drafts replies and answers questions about your data, billed by the token.
